Who We Are
sundownpunt was built for Australians who want straight answers about betting sites without the hype. Our writers have years of experience following racing and sport, and we test every platform we cover the way an everyday punter would use it.
What We Do
We review licensed Australian wagering operators and explain how they compare on the things that matter: licensing, payments, markets, mobile performance, customer support and safer gambling features. We aim to give you enough detail to make your own informed choice.
Our Review Standards
- Licensed operators only. We only feature bookmakers that hold an Australian wagering licence.
- Hands-on testing. We open accounts, explore the apps and check how the platform performs in real use.
- Plain English. We explain promotions and terms clearly, including the conditions that come with them.
- Regular updates. Operators change, so we revisit our reviews and refresh them when things move.
How We're Funded
sundownpunt is free to use. We may receive a commission when you sign up with an operator through links on our site, and some placements are sponsored. These arrangements help cover our costs but never decide our ratings or what we say about a platform.
Our Commitment to Safer Gambling
We believe betting should stay a bit of fun. Every page links to free support services, and our Responsible Gambling page explains the tools available to help you stay in control.
